  • What virtualization technology do you use?

    We use KVM. Please refer to http://www.linux-kvm.org for more information.

  • What panel do you provide?

    We develop our custom panel. You can manage your server including: start, stop, etc.

  • What operating system do you support?

    We provide CentOS, Fedora, Debian, and Ubuntu templates. You may use other operating system with your own ISO image (including Micsosoft Windows, FreeBSD) as long as it is supported by KVM.

  • How to use my own ISO image?

    Upload your ISO image to any web server so our system can download it. We recommend you put it on a server located in Indonesia so we can download it faster. You can use ISO image URL from any public repositories too such as http://kambing.ui.ac.id/iso/.

  • Where are your servers?

    Our servers are located at NAPINFO data center (Jakarta, Indonesia). We plan to expand to another data center in the future.

  • Do you backup your servers?

    Yes, we perform daily snapshot backup. If bad thing happens, we can restore it.

  • Can I share my server to my team?

    Absolutely. You can share your server to your team or clients.

  • Can I add more IP to my server?

    We are sorry, you can have 1 IP only per server.

  • Can I set reserve DNS?

    Absolutely. You can set reserve DNS for your allocated IP.

  • Do you provide DNS Service?

    We are sorry. We do not provide DNS service right now. You can deploy your own DNS server or use third party providers, such as cloudflare, dnsmadeeasy, etc.

  • Why is my server getting slow network connection?

    We have strict policies on shared bandwidth usage to ensure all servers have fair usages. If our system detected a bandwidth abuse, it will automatically push the IP into our "quarantine room" where its bandwidth allocation will be lowered or totally dropped.

  • What parameters do you use to determine bandwidth abuse?

    We chose not to publicly disclose the parameters. But if you use bandwidth fairly, you can be sure your IP is not pushed into quarantine room.

  • I can not perform speedtest, why?

    We are sorry. Speed test is disabled since NAPINFO was out from speedtest consortium. You may test the connection speed with simultanoeus download software like Internet Download Manager (Windows) or axel (Linux)

  • Do you provide looking glass to test your connection?

  • Do you provide DDOS Protection?

    Yes, it is optional. DDOS protection is applied only for some separated network segments with additional cost (IDR 0.088/second). We protect from DDOS attack up to 10 Gbps. If the attack is above 10 Gbps, we simply null route the IP target. DDOS protection service is only available for server instance with monthly cap IDR 200,000 or above.

  • Do you block certain ports?

    Yes. By default, TCP port 25 is blocked to prevent spam. We also block all UDP traffics except for port 53 (for DNS). If you really need to use those blocked traffics, please drop us message via ticket with good reasons. For UDP ports, we may open for DDOS protected servers only.

  • What do you mean with secondly billing?

    We meassure your server usage in second unit. But we create invoices monthly. Click here for more info.

  • What payment method do you accept?

    Currently, only bank transfer. Our one and only bank is PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. We will state our account in add fund page.

  • What currency do you accept?

    Currently, only Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/IDR).

  • Can I request tax invoice of the VAT 10%?

    Yes, if you are from registered company in Indonesia. Just provide your tax information.

  • Do you offer money back guarantee?

    We apologize we do not offer money back guarantee at this moment.

  • Do you offer discount?

    Yes, but only in special moment.

  • Can I withdraw some money from my balance?

    Yes, but you can withdraw your affiliate fees only and it can be done manually with extra cost and minimum amount. Just drop us message if you really want to.

  • Can I transfer my balance to another user?

    We apologize you can not transfer your balance to another user at this moment.

  • Can I cancel my server?

    Of course. You may cancel your order any time. You can go to server detail, on subscription tab click "Cancel Order". You can cancel order via API as well.

  • My server is suspended or turned off, why is it still charged?

    Although your server is suspended or turned off, it countinues to reserve resources in our insfrastructure. You can cancel the server if you want it to be completely free of charge.

  • Who are you?
