We use second as unit of measurement for your usage.
Your usage starts when your server is activated and installed.
Your usage ends when your server is canceled and destroyed.
You need sufficient credit balance to deploy server instance.
Minimum credit balance to deploy new server is total monthly cap of all current active servers and the new server.
Monthly Invoicing
We perform monthly calculation and invoicing for your previous monthly usage.
The charging amount will be rounded up/down. For example, IDR 1,500.67 will become IDR 1,501, and IDR 1,500,23 will become IDR 1,500.
Billing monthly cap is applied. If your monthly usage reaches its monthly cap, the rest is free.
We generate invoices every first calendar date of each month.
We use 'Asia/Jakarta' (GMT+7) as time zone.
The invoice due date is a week (7 days).
If we do not receive your payment until the due date, an email will be sent to you, letting you know that your server will be suspended for the next 7 days.
Within the suspension period, if we still don't get the payment out of it, your server will then be permanently deleted.
You may choose single invoice for all your orders (combined) or invoice per single order (separated).
You may not deploy new server if you have outstanding invoice.
Value Added Tax
All prices are subject to Indonesian Value Added Tax (VAT) 11%.

Monthly Cap: IDR 240,000
VAT 11%: IDR 26,400
Total Amount Due: IDR 266,400
